The Autotask ribbon in the Outlook Contacts view Refer to Transferring Contacts in Outlook with the MS Exchange Extension Enabled. Create new Autotask contacts right from within Outlook and have them appear in both Autotask and Outlook.

Transfer Autotask contacts to Outlook.

Select Outlook contacts and manually transfer them to Autotask.

Click Contact to launch the Autotask New Contact page. If you are in the Outlook Contacts view, the Contact option in the Add to Autotask > More menu is active and available. The 'More' options available on the ribbon may vary depending which Outlook view you are working in. The Autotask Ribbon appears on the Autotask tab in Outlook.
